This year for our family vacation we headed back to San Diego, CA. The first day we arrived we headed towards the boardwalk to just walk around, see the sights, and stretch our legs. The weather was absolutely perfect outside with a breeze! I was in heaven.
After the boardwalk, James really wanted Mexican food for dinner. Now that was an adventure and took us forever to find the restaurant! We headed towards Old Town and apparently so did everyone else in that area. Parking was terrible! We did eventually find where we were heading after a few frustrating minutes, but all was good. The restaurant had a seating area outside so we took advantage of the nice weather and stayed outside. The first thing I ordered was a Peach Margarita! I so needed that tasty drink after our long drive!
The kids were having a blast and we had fun taking pictures of everyone. Doesn't Aly look so happy! LOL I swear when I want her to take a nice picture she has a million different facial expressions.
This was a quick shot when I caught her laughing. James and I sometimes read each others minds and at the exact moment I was going to snap a pic he leaned over. Turned out perfect!
Now Brock and I love taking pictures. He is such an adorable kid!
Alyvia loves my camera just as much as I do. This is her fabulous photography skills. Don't I look just dazzling?? :)
When we were done with dinner we all walked over to watch a family perform a dance. The kids were in awe and loved watching them all perform.
The first day there was fun but the next two would be amazing for them. The next day we headed to the famous San Diego Zoo. I'll post more on that later
